Goats

<hypatia> So, I go to the post office to post a job app.

<hypatia> And I ask for one of those prepaid envelopes - 60c, postage+envelope all in one.

<hypatia> Good deal.

<hypatia> And the envelope is commemorating the newly born Year of the Goat.

<hypatia> Where the address should go, there are brightly coloured, dancing goats.

<jaq> woot

<TongMaster> mmmmm

<hypatia> And a pink background.

<hypatia> They looked quite happy mind you.

<hypatia> For goats.

<jaq> ideal for a job app

<hypatia> Yep.

<hypatia> Australia Post - for that professional touch.

<stibbons> I didn't think goats would go too well with pink.

<DanielS-afk> heh

<hypatia> They were specially coloured goats.

<stibbons> Ahr.

<hypatia> Yellow and blue and green goats.

<hypatia> Happy too.

<DanielS-afk> Yellow and blue and green?

<stibbons> I'd be happy too, if I was blue instead of off-white.

<DanielS-afk> I wouldn't be too happy if someone was shooting paintballs at me.

<stibbons> Off-white goats are incredibly cranky.

<stibbons> As a rule.

<hypatia> So yes, I posted the job app.

<hypatia> I hope they realise that it's Australia Post's fault.

<hypatia> [It's not going to an HR beanie, fortunately.]

<stibbons> Hopefully nobody else has goats on their application.

<stibbons> But then, if you get the job, everybody will call you the goatgirl.
